Payment

The prices of Products on the Site/Application are quoted in Euros (€). Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which can be added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due once your selected products are valued less then minimum amount for a free shipment. 

If your local currency is not € and you choose an option to see the aproximate price in your local currency, the price indicated in brackets is aproximate and Gosbi is not responsable for currency change rates. 

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation.

The price of each product will be that stipulated in each moment in our website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do not get in touch with you, the order will be considered cancelled and will be fully refunded the amounts that have been paid.

We will not be obliged to supply you with any product at the wrong lower price (even if we have sent the Shipment Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unequivocal.

You can make the payment by credit card, debit card or through the PayPal system. When making the payment will be used a coding system protected with an SSL certificate system. The data that the user enters is not saved in our system.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the entity issuing them, but if the entity does not authorise the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalise any Contract with you.
